Privacy at Masroofak
In shortWe collect as little as we can: your e-mail for your account, and the wallet data you enter yourself. No ads, no selling data, and the app never connects to your bank.
What we keep
- Account: your e-mail and password (hashed by the sign-in provider; nobody can read it), the date the account was made, and your plan (Free or Pro).
- Wallet data: the transactions, bills, limits, goals and debts you enter. On the Free plan they stay on your device. On Pro (including the free first month for new accounts) they sync with your account so you can open them on more than one device.
- Sign-up source: if you came from a link that names a platform (such as TikTok or Facebook), only the platform's name is kept with the account. If you signed up from a friend's invite link, your account is linked to theirs so they get their reward (they see only how many people joined, not their e-mails).
- Pro requests: the plan, payment method and transfer reference you type, so we can check it.
- Totals for the owner: counts only (new accounts per week, how many recorded an expense in their first week, how many still record after 3 weeks), worked out from when synced transactions reached the server and their type. No names, e-mails or amounts.
What we don't do
- We don't link your bank or read your messages. A bank SMS reaches the app only if you share it, and it is saved only after you confirm.
- No ads and no ad trackers in the app.
- We don't sell or share your data for marketing. The service runs on hosting and database providers (Cloudflare and Supabase). The website pages (not the app) use Google Analytics only if you agree (below).
Your rights
- Download a copy of your data (JSON or CSV) from Settings at any time.
- Delete your account from «حسابي» → «حذف الحساب»: the account and all its data are removed from the server. We keep an unreadable hashed key of your e-mail after deletion, only so the free month is not given twice.
- Sign out of every device at once from «حسابي».
Website statistics (Google Analytics)
The calculators work on your device: nothing you type is sent or stored.
- Without your consent: the website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics only, to count visits per page, with no cookies and without identifying you. Nothing is sent to Google.
- If you choose “Allow”: we run Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager (both by Google). It sets a
_gacookie to recognise repeat visits from the same browser and records the pages you open, device and browser type and language, approximate country and city, the site or platform you came from, and some clicks: “Open the app”, which calculator you used and its mode (never the numbers), copying a calculator's embed code, downloading the Excel sheet, our social profile links, the contests page, switching language, and pages that don't exist. - Never sent: any number, amount or salary you type, your name or e-mail, or anything from the app. Google says Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
- No ads or ad personalisation: ad consent is always denied, Google signals are off, and data sharing with Google for other purposes is off. Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months.
- Only on the website pages: not inside the app (
/app/) and not in calculators embedded on other sites.
